Core States Group in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects from conception to completion. You will coordinate with Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural teams to develop construction documents and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in civil project management, a Civil Engineering degree, and proficiency with Civil 3D/AutoCAD. A P.E.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of Civil Engineering Project Management experience in site/civil production, preferably with commercial projects such as retail, hospitality, and/or fueling.
• MS Office required and proficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Experience identifying practical uses for AI tools to improve team processes and ensuring final work accuracy.
• Ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy and protect confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple projects with multiple clients, ensuring timelines are met and communicated.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for clients.
• Manage the financial performance for projects including profit and efficiency evaluations and AR management.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.
• Manage project plans including resources, budgets, and scheduling within parameters.
• Identify design criteria and oversee efficient design and plan preparation.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external project teams.
• Manage, develop, and mentor Project Engineers and Designers.
• Follow QA/QC practices and seek opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Foster client relationships and pursue opportunities for growth with those clients.
