Haugland Group LLC, a civil infrastructure and energy construction company based in Long Island, NY, seeks an experienced Civil Senior Project Manager to lead project teams and oversee submittals, material management, and cost analysis. You will supervise project activities, manage budget and schedule, and ensure profitable performance across projects.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a track record managing heavy civil construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience on heavy civil projects.
• Experience with NYC and State public agencies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project activities and personnel to ensure progress.
• Supervise all project work including subcontractors and quality control.
• Monitor budget and schedule changes and negotiate change orders.
• Forecast labor and material costs and report profitability.
