Job summary

Galloway & Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead commercial land development projects across Florida. You will balance budgets, schedules, and client expectations while guiding design teams through planning, permitting, and construction phases.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license, Florida project experience, and strong leadership skills to mentor engineers and coordinate with stakeholders. A collaborative, growth-oriented culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial land development projects in Florida.
• Strong stormwater design experience including pond design and ICPR modeling.
• Understanding of Florida stormwater regulations and district permitting.
• Experience using Bentley software (StormCAD/WaterCAD/SewerCAD).
• Proven client management and leadership for cross-functional teams.
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple land development projects across Florida.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, permitting and construction.
• Review deliverables for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to project opportunities.
