Galloway & Company is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead commercial land development projects throughout Florida. This position combines project management, client relationship management, technical oversight, and team leadership in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
The ideal candidate has experience managing land development projects from planning and permitting through construction, while balancing budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client expectations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a leader for internal project teams, helping deliver successful projects across a variety of market sectors.
Proven experience managing commercial land development projects within the Florida market.
Strong stormwater design experience, including pond design and modeling using ICPR (Stormwise) software.
Thorough understanding of Florida statewide stormwater regulations and Water Management District permitting requirements.
Experience utilizing Bentley software, including StormCAD, WaterCAD, and SewerCAD.
Demonstrated client management and relationship-building skills with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor.
Previous experience supervising, mentoring, and developing junior engineers and design staff.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Estimated salary for this position is $112,000-$150,000.
