The ideal candidate has land development project management experience in Florida, strong client management skills, and a PE license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial land development projects in Florida.
• PE license (Professional Engineer) required.
• Experience coordinating with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple land development projects in Florida, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, permitting, and construction phases.
• Provide technical oversight for site development including grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Review deliverables for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; ensure alignment with client expectations.
