Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead engineering teams on infrastructure projects from planning to construction, based in our Denver office. You will guide project delivery, manage client relationships, and drive strategic growth across the western U.S.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years of civil engineering experience.
• PE registration in Nevada or ability to obtain license.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff on infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, technical quality, and team workload to drive operational excellence.
• Strengthen and expand client relationships and workload through value‑driven engineering solutions.
• Mentor staff to cultivate a high‑performing team culture focused on quality and accountability.
• Develop client relationships by identifying new business opportunities and supporting regional business development.
