Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience with a municipal focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents with emphasis on municipal projects.
• Lead construction observation and project management to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical guidance and quality control for deliverables.
• Lead client interactions during design, bidding, contracting, and construction phases.
• Coordinate with municipal staff and regulatory agencies to secure permits and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Division Manager to manage multiple infrastructure projects.
• Engage with city councils and public works departments to discuss project details and drive initiatives.
