Job summary

Siegmund Excavation, a CRH company, seeks a Senior Estimator/Project Manager to lead civil construction estimates and bid packages. You will manage costs, staffing, scheduling, and updates with contractors for projects in Stayton, OR and surrounding areas.

The role requires 7+ years of estimating experience, familiarity with asphalt paving, dirt work, excavation and underground utilities, and proficiency in Bid2Win or HCSS Heavybid, plus strong Excel/Word skills and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of civil construction estimating experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret heavy civil blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specs, proposals and other documents to prepare estimates and labor costs.
• Prepare preliminary and detailed estimates for planning and final plans.
• Prepare bid packages and analyze subcontractor bids for projects of any size and complexity.
