Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator with a strong civil/site development background in Minnesota. The role combines estimating and project leadership for large-scale site development projects, including excavation, earthwork, grading, and utilities.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience managing projects from award to completion, coordinating with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams, and ensuring on-budget, on-time delivery with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in civil/site development construction.
• Strong estimating and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and bids for large-scale civil/site development projects.
• Manage projects from award through completion.
• Oversee excavation, earthwork, grading, utilities, and other site development scopes.
• Review plans, specifications, quantities, schedules, and project requirements.
• Develop budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost projections.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Track project costs, progress, materials, and overall profitability.
• Identify potential project risks and cost impacts.
• Assist with business development and estimating efforts as needed.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
