This career-oriented role provides operational, permitting, compliance, design, and construction services to a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings eight years of Colorado PE experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD or similar hydrology software.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience with Colorado PE licensure or ability to acquire within 3 months.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Proficiency with HydroCAD or other infrastructure modeling software.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planning, permitting and design for water, wastewater, stormwater and road systems.
• Design civil/site plans for land development and municipal projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules and invoicing.
• Provide field oversight and construction QA.
• Lead junior staff and coordinate with clients and permitting teams.
