Position Overview

Wilson & Company is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater design to support our Loveland, Denver, or Colorado Springs office. The role involves project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver project management support for Water/Wastewater and rail/transportation infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain business client relationships; attend industry conferences and seminars.
• Produce and review plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and InRoads.
• Perform hydraulic and environmental calculations and technical report writing.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or with a Water Resources emphasis.
• 10+ years of experience with Water/Wastewater design engineering.
• PE license required.
• Proficiency in plan production software: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation; experience with InRoads a plus.
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Excellent work ethic and comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.

Salary & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000+ (depending on experience). Benefits include health, life, and disability insurance; paid time off; retirement savings plan.
