Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil PE in WA or OR with 10+ years of public works design experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead stakeholder conversations.
• Track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, MicroStation/InRoads, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale civil infrastructure projects for public agencies from concept through construction.
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business and new opportunities.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Oversee design development using Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Guide the proposal process and collaborate on winning public sector work.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing local team of engineers and technical staff.
