Qualifications

• Licensed Civil PE in Washington or Oregon.
• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Comfortable with technical delivery and relationship-building.

Responsabilités

• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
