Overland Corporation is seeking a Civil Project Superintendent to oversee heavy civil construction operations in the North Texas area. You will lead multiple crews, coordinate equipment, and drive safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

The role requires proven leadership, expertise in aggregate base placement, earth grading, pipe work, and asphalt paving, with the ability to collaborate with project managers, estimators, foremen, and owners throughout execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction-related education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years heavy civil construction experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Proven expertise in aggregate base placement, earth grading, pipe work, and asphalt paving.
• Experience with Oklahoma and Texas transportation authorities preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop field supervision personnel and oversee multiple crews.
• Lead by example to promote safety and maintain an injury-free workplace.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily construction operations to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment for productivity.
• Ensure work complies with project specs, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, foremen, and owners throughout execution.
• Participate in project meetings with owners, clients, municipalities, and transportation authorities.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting.
