Job summary

Environmental Allies LLC is seeking a Heavy Civil Superintendent to lead on-site crews and subcontractors on earthwork, roadway, bridge, and utilities projects. You will own field execution, schedule development, budget and production control, and ensure safety and environmental compliance on both public and private sites.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years supervising large teams, strong blueprint interpretation, GPS control knowledge, and proficiency with Procore and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing large crews and multiple subcontractors across concurrent fronts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to interpret blueprints and civil drawings.
• Hands-on heavy equipment operating experience with field coordination.
• Knowledge of GPS machine control and surveying concepts.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate Company crews, heavy equipment operators, and subcontractors.
• Oversee earthwork, paving, utilities, and drainage, ensuring work meets plans and specs.
• Interpret plans, manage RFIs, and coordinate with project management.
• Control project budgets, labor, equipment production, and material quantities.
• Enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards on site; coordinate with Safety Manager.
• Maintain daily reports, production logs, and project documentation.
