EVstudio in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead site development projects from concept through construction, preparing documents and reports while overseeing timelines and budgets.

Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 10+ years in civil/site land development, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and strong communication. PE preferred. Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $155,000 with a range of benefits; hybrid work is available in the Denver metro/Colorado area.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Typically, 10+ years of experience in civil/site land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support site development projects from concept through construction.
• Perform grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design.
• Prepare construction documents, plan sets, and reports.
• Lead several projects across development stages while overseeing timelines, budgets, and performance standards.
• Maintain communication with internal teams, external clients, agencies, and consultants, ensuring projects are executed cleanly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and municipalities.
• Apply design standards and assist in permitting processes.
