Job summary

Artemis Consultants seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager for our Columbus, OH office. You will work with Principals to plan and execute projects across private, public, and energy sectors, while communicating with clients and growing the business.

You will coordinate with environmental and surveying practices, mentor staff, and participate in industry meetings to advance client opportunities and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience.
• P.E. license (Professional Engineer).
• Ability to provide a technical review of Civil Engineering deliverables.
• Experience preparing proposals and overseeing end‑to‑end project execution.
• Proven success in client engagement, networking, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute civil/site projects in diverse sectors.
• Communicate with clients and manage expectations.
• Develop new client opportunities and grow the business.
• Coordinate with other practices (environmental, ecological, surveying).
