Job summary

Apex Companies LLC is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager/Sr. Engineer to lead civil engineering design projects for public and private clients in Oklahoma. This role directs civil design teams, develops scope, budget, and schedules, and advances new client relationships.

You'll mentor staff, contribute to business development, and ensure safe, quality work while delivering profitable projects valued up to $400K annually and creating $300K in new work each year.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a consulting engineer in water/wastewater projects.
• Oklahoma P.E. license required.
• Strong design and construction knowledge; able to meet budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead civil design projects for public and private clients.
• Provide leadership to civil design teams and mentor staff.
• Develop project scope, budgets, and schedules; manage client relationships.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure safe, quality work.
