Apex Companies LLC is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager/Sr. Engineer located in Oklahoma to lead civil engineering design projects for public and private clients. You will oversee design teams, plan budgets, mentor staff, develop new work, and ensure profitable project delivery.

Requirements include 10+ years of consulting engineering experience, a B.S. in civil or environmental engineering, and an Oklahoma PE license; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD; and strong client

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a consulting engineer in water and wastewater design.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering and an Oklahoma PE license.
• Strong ability to manage timelines and budgets for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer small decentralized public water systems and wastewater systems.
• Provide leadership in the design of efficient and constructable civil projects.
• Estimate and budget labor hours for design projects; review job costing reports.
• Establish and maintain client relationships; ensure client satisfaction and objectives.
• Mentor young design professionals.
• Participate in business development opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
• Hire and manage subcontractors.
