Job summary

Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager with a specialization in Power Generation and Transmission to join our collaborative teams in Chicago, IL, Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Milwaukee, WI. You will lead design, permitting, and client development efforts across diverse power projects.

Responsibilities include guiding site/civil and multi-discipline work, collaborating with leadership on growth, and driving BD with existing and new clients while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience with a focus on land development for power generation and transmission.
• Professional Engineering license is required.
• Experience designing and overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, and erosion control.

Responsibilities

• Lead site/civil and multi-discipline efforts focused on power generation and transmission projects from concept through completion.
• Design and permit project sites including institutional, commercial, warehouse, distribution, and mixed-use projects.
• Develop growth plans with office leadership and manage staff utilization.
• Engage in business development by cultivating new and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Lead storm water management design and hydrologic/hydraulic analyses.
