Job summary

IMEG Corp. in Burlington, MA is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects, including roadway reconstruction programs, sewer rehabilitation, and stormwater improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Professional Engineer License (PE) highly preferred.
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems and think analytically.
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and critical task scheduling skills.
• Active listening and superior communication skills both orally and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and manage civil projects of varying size and complexity; primary point of contact for teams and clients.
• Collaborate with business development staff, Project Executives, Client Executives, and Market Directors during project initiation.
• Assist with design scopes of work, fee calculations for proposals, and contract reviews.
• Develop project schedules, set milestones, and manage deadlines.
• Coordinate project scheduling and resources across all phases of design and construction.
• Prepare project status reports, lead progress meetings, and document outcomes.
• Lead project interviews and presentations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff.
• Build, maintain, and develop client relationships.
