Job summary

IMEG Corp. is hiring a Senior Civil Project Manager in Ontario, CA. You will lead project delivery, coordinate across teams, manage schedules and budgets, and build strong client relationships in a fully in-office environment.

The role requires extensive PM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to oversee multi-disciplinary teams across multiple IMEG offices, while ensuring design compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management, construction management, or related experience; 12 years preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience at IMEG, or equivalent, required
• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects of varying sizes and complexity as the primary point of contact for teams and clients
• Collaborate with business development staff, Project Executives, Client Executives, and Market Directors/Leaders during initial project opportunities
• Assist with design scopes, fee calculations, proposal generation, and contract reviews
• Create project schedules with milestone targets and deadlines
• Create monthly billings and update billing projections and completion percentages
• Coordinate project scheduling with design staff through all phases of design and construction
• Ensure designs meet owner, client, IMEG, and code requirements; ensure QC, milestone deliverables, and construction support are completed on time
• Prepare project status reports and schedule progress meetings
• Lead project interviews and presentations
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Resolve client and construction concerns, manage change orders, and obtain approvals
