Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex civil/site development projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will oversee multiple teams, manage high-value budgets, and drive execution across several sites with a focus on safety, schedule, and quality.

The ideal candidate brings deep civil construction knowledge, strong financial discipline, and the ability to mentor project teams while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in civil/site development project management.
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred; strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning with engineers, architects, surveyors, and clients to define scope and execution strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews for multiple projects.
• Direct permitting strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build master schedules, allocate manpower and equipment across projects, and manage risk and recovery plans.
• Oversee procurement strategies for major materials and subcontracted services; manage field operations and subcontractor performance.
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders; lead progress meetings and provide data-driven updates.
