Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of civil project engineers and CAD technicians.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and client goals to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with marketing and business development to secure new clients and repeat business.
• Review designs and prepare cost estimates and project reports.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
