Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior project management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred; Construction Management considered.
• Experience managing projects from estimating through closeout is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil projects from initial estimating and preconstruction through completion and closeout.
• Handle estimating, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting and overall project execution.
• Partner with field leadership and crews to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Oversee structural scopes including concrete, bridges, box culverts, retaining walls, poured walls.
• Build strong relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Stay involved in day-to-day details and solve problems as they arise.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support business growth.
