Job summary

Evans & Dixon, LLC in St. Louis seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with 7–10+ years of trial-focused practice to join our team. You will work with seasoned litigators on a broad portfolio of state and federal matters, building a strong record across hearings, depositions, and trials.

You will collaborate with paralegals and support staff to prepare pleadings, motions, and trial materials, manage deadlines, and maintain the highest professional standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten plus years of experience in the legal field.
• Working knowledge of state and federal laws and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work side by side with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants as a team.
• Trial Prep: Prepare evidence, documents and presentations for trial.
• Attorney Responsibilities: Handle depositions, mediations, conferences, and court appearances as you grow in your career.
• Create: Draft pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
