You will join a team of seasoned civil litigators, managing diverse cases in state and federal courts across the Midwest, with a focus on vigorous advocacy and results. You will contribute to trial preparation, depositions, mediations, and smooth courtroom presentations, while maintaining a durable work ethic and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Seven to ten plus years of experience in the legal field.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle large caseloads and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced civil litigators as part of a team.
• Prepare evidence, documents and presentations for trial.
• Manage depositions, mediations, conferences, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, motions and other legal documents.
