Job summary

California Job Shop seeks 4–5 experienced Litigation Attorneys to support our trial teams. Ideal candidates manage high-volume civil litigation with independence, thorough organization, and strong knowledge of case management and procedures.

Experience supporting insurance defense and trial teams is highly preferred; 5+ years in litigation is ideal. Remote-friendly, California offices, and collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling litigation files and supporting trial teams.
• Strong civil litigation experience; insurance defense experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and maintain assigned litigation files from inception through resolution.
• Support attorneys through discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Maintain accurate electronic case files, calendars, deadlines, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Track deadlines, court dates, discovery responses, and other critical litigation events.
• Assist with deposition preparation, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
