Qualifications

• JD required and active California Bar membership.
• Minimum 5+ years civil litigation with significant trial experience.
• Ability to independently manage complex cases from inception through trial.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of complex civil litigation from inception through trial.
• Develop and implement comprehensive litigation and trial strategies.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and trial briefs; supervise depositions and witness preparation.
• Represent clients at trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations with strong advocacy.
