Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee extensive water resources programs with large staff and stakeholders.
• Align staffing, training, and operations with company objectives and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior PMs on complex business and client matters.
• Execute contractual commitments with clients, partners, vendors, and subconsultants.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and risk management across projects.
• Lead large, multidisciplinary projects as Project Manager.
• Mentor staff and guide management discussions.
• Travel up to 25% monthly.
