Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of civil engineering/water resources consulting experience.
• Proven ability to develop and lead multiple large project teams.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee extensive and complex water resources programs.
• Serve as Project Manager to lead large, complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Maintain strong management capabilities and provide guidance to others.
