Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Discipline Lead to guide large water resources programs, including dams, energy, fisheries, and infrastructure. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and partners to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires deep civil engineering experience, leadership, and a proven ability to mentor staff while advancing business growth and client relations. Occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of civil engineering/water resources consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple large project teams and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee extensive water resources programs with large teams and stakeholders.
• Align staffing and training with company objectives and strategy.
• Collaborate with senior PMs on complex business and client matters.
• Execute contractual commitments with clients, partners, vendors, and subconsultants.
