Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in land development projects.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and stormwater management; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of land development projects.
• Manage a team of at least two designers and mentor junior staff.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Develop and review project designs with Civil 3D and stormwater expertise.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and permits.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and schedules for decision-making.
