Impact Recruitment seeks a Civil Land Development Project Manager in Austin, TX with at least 5 years of experience. The role leads a design team of at least 4 designers, leveraging Civil 3D and stormwater expertise to drive land development projects from conception to completion.

Preferred candidates hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license and have strong client communication skills to maintain relationships and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in land development with Civil 3D and stormwater expertise.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of land development projects within time and budget.
• Lead a team of designers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Serve as main client point of contact and manage expectations.
• Apply Civil 3D and stormwater expertise to reviews and designs.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project schedules; mitigate risks.
• Implement quality control processes for deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare project documents and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
