EAC Consulting, Inc. is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to serve as Senior Project Engineer on its Land Development team in Miami, FL. The role covers leadership of multi-disciplinary projects, scope development, and client coordination, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Required are a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, and 8–10 years of experience (15+ preferred) with strong knowledge of design standards, codes, and CADD (including 3D).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience; 15+ years preferred.
• Experience with multi-discipline projects and coordination.
• Proficient in civil design standards and codes.
• Skilled in CADD (including 3D) and other design tools.

Aufgaben

• Acts as Engineer of Record or Project Manager where needed.
• Demonstrates engineering expertise with governing design criteria and permitting requirements.
• Implements the Quality Control Plan to deliver quality deliverables.
• Manages scope, budget, and contracts with clients; identifies additional services.
• Leads scope development, negotiates fees, and coordinates team tasks to deliver on time and within budget.
• Maintains client relationships and pursues BD opportunities through marketing and industry involvement.
