Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in land development with Civil 3D and stormwater.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience leading at least two designers.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of land development projects.
• Lead a team of at least two designers.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships.
• Utilize Civil 3D and stormwater skills to develop designs.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules.
• Implement quality control for project deliverables.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permitting.
