Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Land Development Civil Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Civil 3D software.
• On track to PE license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale, multidisciplinary civil engineering projects from concept to closeout.
• Lead client liaison for strategic project planning and negotiations.
• Manage project scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and resource planning for multiple concurrent efforts.
• Provide high-level technical guidance and approvals on designs and submittals.
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and CAD staff to foster teamwork and QA/QC.
• Lead major business development and proposal efforts.
• Represent the company at public meetings, hearings, and client presentations.
