Bateman Civil Survey Company in Apex, NC seeks a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects and strategic client relations. The role requires mentoring senior staff, guiding QA/QC, and coordinating multi-project delivery with a strong emphasis on budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory strategy.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in land development civil engineering, a PE license, and fluency with Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in land development civil engineering.
• PE license required.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or closely related field preferred.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Civil 3D software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and lead large-scale, multidisciplinary civil engineering projects from concept to closeout.
• Serve as primary client liaison for strategic project planning and contracts.
• Lead project scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and resource planning for multiple efforts.
• Provide high-level technical guidance and approvals on designs and regulatory strategy.
• Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and CAD staff.
• Identify and lead major business development and proposal efforts.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at public meetings and client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial performance and hiring needs.
• Maintain relationships with municipal agencies, consultants, and developers.
