Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator for a role near Tampa, Florida. You will work on estimates for roadways, sitework, earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and related civil projects.

Requirements include 5+ years of civil estimating with a stable work history. You will develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time, and prepare or oversee quantity takeoffs and materials pricing. Familiarity with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a stable work history in Civil Estimating.
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements.
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics and project schedule.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred.
