Job summary

Teksky LLC in Ohio is seeking a Senior Estimator with strong heavy civil construction experience to prepare accurate and competitive estimates by reviewing drawings, bid documents, quantities, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor/vendor pricing.

The role requires leadership, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple estimates under tight bid deadlines. Collaboration with Project Management and Engineering teams will be essential to ensure bid success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• 7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil/heavy construction.
• Strong takeoff experience for heavy civil and highway projects.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
