Qualifications

• Experience with roadway, bridge, marine, rail, transit infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed plan and specification analysis, quantity takeoffs, and pricing for heavy civil projects.
• Develop complete estimates covering direct and indirect costs.
• Lead estimating efforts for roadway, bridge, marine, rail/transit, and other complex civil projects.
