Kiewit is seeking a Senior Civil Estimator for the Kansas City metro area, based in Lenexa, KS. You will lead complete estimates for self-performed civil scopes across heavy civil, infrastructure and EPC projects, collaborating with preconstruction and construction teams.

The role requires 5+ years in civil estimating for EPC or heavy civil projects, strong leadership, mentoring abilities, and proficiency with InEight or other estimating tools, plus MS Office.

Formación

• BS in engineering, construction, estimating or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of infrastructure estimating experience.
• Experience leading estimates or small estimating teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead complete estimates for self-performed civil construction scopes (design/build, design/bid/build, EPC).
• Review plans/specs to understand the project and plan the actual construction basis for the estimate.
• Collaborate with project managers, design engineers and clients to align expectations and scheduling within the estimate.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor selection and mentor junior estimators.
