Kiewit is seeking a Senior Civil Estimator for our Central District in the Kansas City area (Lenexa, KS). You will lead estimates for self-performed civil scopes across large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating with preconstruction and construction teams to optimize bid packages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in civil estimating for infrastructure projects (heavy civil, earthwork, drainage, etc.).
• Experience leading estimates and small teams, coaching/mentoring.
• Proficient with MS Office; eager to learn InEight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead complete estimates for self-performed civil scopes for design/build and EPC projects.
• Review plans/specifications to form the basis of estimates and constructability considerations.
• Coordinate with PMs, design engineers, and superintendents to align scope, schedule and bid items.
