We are seeking a Civil or Environmental Engineer to join a Florida-based firm for direct collaboration with leadership. This full-time role offers growth into roles such as Technical Lead, Project Manager, or Client Services Manager, with involvement in design, pilot studies, asset management, and innovative OneWater projects across Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch/Tampa areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Six or more years of engineering experience.
• Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 4 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong communication skills and project management experience.
• Ability to oversee staff including engineers and CADD designers.

Responsabilités

• Prepare or oversee engineering calculations, AutoCAD 3D designs, assessments, master plans, models, construction drawings, specs, permit applications, and reports.
• Serve as Project Manager or Technical Lead depending on scale/complexity.
• Lead pilot studies, reports, GIS/CADD/modeling efforts, CEI services, and stakeholder outreach.
• Support business development, proposals, presentations, project schedules, budgets, and cost evaluations.
• Research innovative technologies, regulations, and methods.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, vendors, and internal team.
• Occasional travel within SW to West Central Florida for site visits, pilots, and client meetings.
