You will mentor staff, drive key metrics, and lead business development efforts to expand our Civil and Water Resources engineering services in Florida. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, a Florida PE license, and a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams through

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience managing projects across planning, design, and/or construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of civil, environmental, and water resources engineers.
• Mentor staff for growth and professional development.
• Drive metrics such as utilization, hiring, and project financials for the team.
• Support market expansion strategies in Florida, especially Gainesville and Jacksonville.
• Lead client engagement and business development efforts including proposals and qualifications.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, managing scope, schedule and budget.
