Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Florida PE license, a 4-year engineering degree, 10+ years in engineering or construction, and PMP certification. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Florida Professional Engineer license is required.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Structural).
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, designing, or construction.
• 7-10 years of experience in personnel and cost/financial management.
• PMP certification from PMI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow PMI-defined processes to initiate, plan, execute, and close projects.
• Prepare budgets and schedules, select resources, and define project goals.
• Coordinate project teams, monitor budgets and schedules, and issue monthly reports and invoices.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Close projects with final documentation and lessons learned.
