CES Consultants, Inc. in Miami seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from RFP through close-out. You will manage budgets, schedules, subconsultants, and internal staff, coordinating with clients to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Florida-licensed Civil/Environmental/Mechanical/Structural PE, PMP, and expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with 15+ years in engineering or construction. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Structural).
• Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida.
• PMI PMP Certification required.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• 15+ years of engineering/design/construction experience.

Responsabilités

• Follow PMI-defined standard process for projects.
• Initiate the project — budgets, schedules, team/resource selection.
• Plan the project — goals, timelines, roles, client needs.
• Manage the project — coordinate team, monitor budget/schedule, issue invoices.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement changes as needed throughout the project.
• Report regularly to management and client.
• Close the project — final close-out documents and evaluation.
