Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead complex land development and infrastructure projects from our Dover, Delaware office. You will oversee the development of drawings, specifications, and contracts, while guiding project teams and coordinating with clients.

You will manage technical and financial aspects, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality results across commercial and residential developments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
PE license; willingness to obtain DE license within 6 months if not licensed in DE.
Minimum 8 years of civil engineering and project management experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or HydroCAD.
Experience in Land Development.

Responsibilities

Development of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Oversee Land Development projects, including Commercial and Residential.
Handle paving, drainage, grading, water & wastewater scopes.
Lead, mentor, and solve problems in a team setting.
Coordinate with clients and attend client meetings.
Plan and oversee technical and financial aspects of projects.

Our Civil Engineering firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Development of construction drawings, specifications, and construction contract documents.
Land Development project oversight, particularly Commerical and Residential.
Paving, Drainage, Grading, Water & Wastewater, and related scope of work.
Problem solving, team leadership and mentorship of other engineers in a team setting.
Coordination with clients and attending client meetings.
Planning and oversight of all technical & financial project aspects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Engineering discipline with Civil experience.
PE license. If not licensed in DE, we will consider those willing to obtain a DE license in the first 6 months of employment,
Minimum 8 years of experience in Civil Engineering and project management.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or HydroCAD.
Experience in Land Development
