HDR, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multi-discipline civil engineering design teams in Hawaii. This role focuses on directing complex projects, budgeting, and coordinating with subconsultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of civil engineering experience, a PE license, and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Hawaii-based candidates are preferred. Full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years related experience.
• A minimum 5 years project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-discipline project design teams, including subconsultants and set priorities for quality and productivity.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline projects with high technical complexity.
• Prepare/review civil engineering scope of work and fee estimates for proposals.
• Track and manage project budgets and scope of work.
• Collaborate with operations and other managers to review workload and staffing.
