Lumos & Associates is seeking a Northern California Civil Engineering Practice Leader to guide the Sacramento region from the Roseville office. You will lead business development, manage client relationships, and oversee a diverse portfolio, including municipal infrastructure and site development.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and growing a regional practice with executional excellence and cross-disciplinary coordination within the firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil engineering consulting experience with project management responsibility.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and promote repeat and referral business with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and subconsultants.
• Review and respond to SOQs, RFPs, and RFQs; lead project delivery from start to finish.
